Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition Lucknow offers a diploma programme in three specialisations including a Diploma in Food Production, a Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery, and a Diploma in Food and Beverage Service. To get admission in Diploma courses at the Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition Lucknow, the minimum qualification is to clear class 12 from a recognised board of admission. The admissions are subject to seat intake and document verification. Further, the decision of the National Council regarding eligibility shall be final.

All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning throughmost modern gazettes. We have four training restaurants to teach student about the authenticserving style of food and beverage.
