Which Hotel Management Entrance Exam should you take?
There are numerous entrance exams conducted for admission to Hotel Management colleges in India. NCHMCT JEE 2020
The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE) is a national-level examination conducted for admission to a number of Hotel Management / Hospitality courses in Central, State and some of the top private Hotel Management colleges across India. It is the most important exam for Hotel Management aspirants in India.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is the body responsible for conducting the NCHMCT JEE in India. NCHMTCT JEE is conducted in the month of April every year. The number of registrations for NCHMCT JEE is increasing every year. In 2018, more than 40,000 candidates appeared for the NCHMCT JEE exam.
NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria 2020
Candidates who wish to register for the exam must meet following eligibility criteria for the NCHMCT JEE exam.
Candidates must have cleared class 12th (Standard XII / Intermediate / 10 + 2 ) from a recognized board of secondary education.
Candidates who are appearing in class 12th exams can also apply for the exam. However, they will be required to clear the exam before they can be granted admission to a college.
Candidates from any stream can apply for the NCHMCT JEE exam. However, candidates must have studied and passed in English in the qualifying examination.
Maximum / Upper Age Limit for NCHMCT JEE: Candidates appearing for the NCHMCT JEE exam must not be older than 25 years (calculated according to the specific date in the year of exam conduction). A 3-year relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to the SC / ST categories.
