Delhi University conducts DU CSAS PG counselling entirely online through pgadmission.uod.ac.in after the registration window closes on June 7. There is no offline counselling — all rounds, preference locking, seat acceptance, and fee payment happen on the portal.
Step 1 — Merit List Delhi University publishes the merit list on pgadmission.uod.ac.in based on CUET PG 2026 percentile scores. There are no college-level separate cutoffs — one centralised merit list determines all allocations.
Step 2 — Preference Locking Shortlisted candidates log in to the CSAS-PG portal and fill in their preferred PG programmes and DU colleges in order of priority. Seat allocation in each round is determined by CUET PG merit rank combined with this preference order.
Step 3 — Seat Allotment Rounds DU releases seat allotment results in multiple rounds. Candidates who receive an allotment must log in, accept the seat, complete document verification online, and pay the seat confirmation fee within the specified window. Missing this window forfeits the allotted seat for that round.
Step 4 — Upgrade Option Candidates who accept a seat in Round 1 can opt for an upgrade in Round 2 if a higher-preference seat becomes available. Candidates choosing to upgrade must re-confirm the new allotment and pay any fee difference.
Step 5 — Spot Rounds Seats remaining vacant after the regular allotment rounds are filled through Spot Rounds, open to eligible candidates who did not receive a seat or wish to change allocation.
