CEED Marks vs Rank 2026: Check Detailed Analysis

The primary difference between CEED marks vs rank 2026 is that they determine your ranking based on the performance in the CEED 2026 exam. More or less, marks scored will reflect directly on the rank attained. One could say that if you get the highest score in CEED 2026, then you will gain the first rank. Here, the actual marks scored do not hold any relevance. This will then be reflected in the CEED 2026 merit list, which will be released soon after the CEED 2026 results are announced on March 4, 2026. Therefore, your CEED rank is based on the total marks converted to a percentile. The CEED Part A Cutoff 2026 is expected to range from 49 to 51 for the General category, 44.50 to 46 for the EWS and OBC categories, and 24.50 to 26 for the PWD, SC, and ST categories. The CEED 2026 cutoff marks for Part A were released by IIT Bombay on February 5, 2026, in the form of means and standard deviations. The mean and standard deviation for Part A (CEED 2026) are 45.48 and 16.98, respectively.

Dear aspirant Lovely Professional University (LPU) strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends the Scholarship Scheme which is an initiative by the University to cultivate talent of students that may be hidden due to financial constraints. LPU conducts a national level entrance test LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test). LPUNEST is considered for offering Scholarship as well as determining Eligibility for admission in various programmes. Any deserving candidate who Qualifies LPUNEST exam can get a study grant of Rs.1 Lac for study education institutions like IITs/ NITs/ IIMs/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs OR can get admission to LPU programmes and avail scholarship of upto Rs.6 Lac. At LPU, every year top international students of the highest calibre and with outstanding achievements get LPU SCHOLARSHIPS on tuition fees for the complete duration of the regular programme. The scholarship is offered in all the programmes in order to provide financial benefit to bright and deserving students. During last year, LPU has granted scholarships worth INR 100+ crores to students (maximum up to 6 lacs per student) to pursue their education. At LPU scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance in the eligibility qualification: (for example, on the basis of performance in10+2 for undergraduate programmes and graduation for PG Programmes), Qualification previous to eligibility qualification: This scholarship is applicable after graduation programmes, scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to eligibility qualification, LPUNEST score, certain national level tests (like JEE (Mains), NEET, UCEED, CAT, MAT, GATE, GPAT, MAT etc.), scholarship based on Innovation, Startup & Entrepreneurship, performance in sports, cultural, R&D, co-curricular, social service and bravery awards, for toppers of centre and state boards. The scholarship percentage varies programme-wise as per the students' scores. For each category of scholarship, 1-3 brackets of Scholarship (Brackets 1, 2, and 3) are defined. Each bracket represents specific criteria which an applicant must fulfil, for him/her to fall in that particular bracket. Criteria in bracket 1 are the most strict and the conditions are relaxed in subsequent brackets and the scholarship is also reduced in each next bracket. So, the students meeting the requirement of Bracket 1 (top bracket) get the highest scholarship and those in Bracket 2 or Bracket 3 get a relatively lesser scholarship. The candidate may be eligible for more than one scholarships but he will be entitled for only one, whichever is the highest. Apart from the scholarship schemes, LPU also offers financial aid to the students belonging to underprivileged students like orphans, persons with disability etc. or some specific groups like Wards of Defence personnel etc I hope this will help
