Admission processes and cutoff ranks could differ from year to year, depending on factors such as the number of applications and the availability of seats.

You should check the university's official website or contact their admissions office directly to see if you can receive admission to the Community Science course at Pantnagar University with a rank of 798. The cutoff ranks and admission requirements for the current academic year will be published by the university.

Keep in mind that admittance to competitive courses such as Community Science might be challenging, with cutoff ranks varying depending on the overall performance of the candidates in the entrance exam.

    Dear Gauri,

The cutoff for admission to GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology is based on the scores of the GBPUAT Entrance Exam which is conducted by the university each year. While the cutoff for 2023 is yet to be released, the expected cutoff for PG courses including M.Sc Life Sciences for the General category is between the ranks 400-700. Apart from this, a variety of factors will affect the GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology cutoff as well as your chances of admission. These include the total number of seats available for the course, the difficulty level of the exam, as well as the marking scheme for the current academic year.

    We hope this helps!

    Hello Vinayak,

As per your category rank which is 437, your chances of selection are high since the category-wise cutoff for all the categories is 728-2911 and your cutoff rank is higher than the minimum required rank. However, as per your overall rank which is 5100, your chances of selection are very scarce since the overall cutoff is between the ranks 500-1000. The GBPUAT cut off is based on the scores of the GBPUAT Entrance Exam. The cutoff is released in the form of Opening Ranks and Closing Ranks for different categories. You must meet the minimum cutoff of your respective category or the overall cutoff in order to be eligible for the admission process at the university.

    Hello Tamanna,

With a rank of 4495 in the EWS category, chances of admission are lower at GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology. The rank range required for admission to the UG courses is 500-1000 and for PG courses it is 400-700. However, it is suggested you wait for the following merit lists after round 1, as chances are minimal but not impossible.

Hope this was useful. Please feel free to ask any further questions.
