The last date to report for the offline GBPUAT UG counselling 2025 is September 3, whereas for GBPUAT PG and PhD courses, students must report to the allotted colleges by September 4, 2025.

The GBPUAT 2025 counselling process began on July 21, 2025, and the first seat allotment result was released on the official portal on July 28, 2025. To download the seat allotment list for GBPUAT 2025, students must use their registration number and password to log in to the website.
The GBPUAT 2025 results were announced online on June 12, 2025. Only the students who have qualified for the GBPUAT 2025 exam will be eligible to attend the GBPUAT 2025 counselling process. GBPUAT Counselling is conducted to allocate seats for various disciplines. Students who passed the GBPUAT exam and achieved the required cut-off marks for their desired course are eligible to attend the counselling session. GBPUAT 2025 entrance exam counselling takes place in multiple rounds as long as seats are available in any of the courses. Students will be admitted based on their merit and rank achieved during the GBPUAT results in the GBPUAT 2025 Counselling.

The GBPUAT counselling fee for UG and PG courses is Rs. 500, while for MCA courses, it is Rs. 2000. Students must note that the counselling registration is done online only, along with the choice filling process, while the document verification process is done offline. i.e., students need to report to the university on the said date and time for document verification and confirmation of admission.

Students must carry all the required documents for the GBPUAT 2025 exam counselling process when reporting to the institute. The students will be admitted to the university only after their documents have been verified. The GBPUAT exam 2025 is expected to be conducted in June 2025, for UG and MCA courses and also for Masters and PhD programmes.
GBPUAT result 2025 is expected to be declared in June 2025. GBPUAT result 2025 will be released in online mode at the official website at gbpuat.ac.in.
To register for the GBPUAT counselling 2025, all the qualifying candidates can register online and upload the required documents. Also, the candidates will have to pay INR 500/- as the counselling fee.
The counselling fee for GBPUAT is INR 500 and the Steps for Choice Filling for GBPUAT 2025 Second Round Counselling Process. Here are the steps for students for the online choice filling on the official website before the end date. Also, the counselling fee for UG and PG is INR 500 and for MCA the fee is INR 2000.
A JEE Main 80.8 percentile roughly translates to a rank of 1,70,000. General candidates with a rank of 50,000–1,000,000 are admitted through the All India (Other State) quota to the College of Technology at the GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
To take part in the GBPUAT counselling process, candidates must register online. It should be noted that only applicants who pass the exam will be permitted to take part in the counselling session.
For the Bachelor's degree, the candidate must have gotten at least an overall grade point average (OGPA) of at least 6.000/10.000, or 3.000/5.000 or 55% overall in the case of institutions/universities where these scales are not applicable. However, admission for seats in the MTech programme is for candidates from other states.
Considering Agriculture at least 50% in the general category and 47.5% in the reserved categories are required on the 10+2 in agriculture/science with mathematics or biology or an equivalent exam (OBC, SC & ST).
The number of seats available for the BSc course at GBPUAT Pantnagar ranges from 24 to 130, depending on specialisation.
Only candidates who have passed the GBPUAT University entrance exam will be eligible for the counselling process. Candidates who pass all stages of the counselling process will be given admission to their respective colleges.
The GBPUAT University counselling fee is INR 500 which is to be paid by each candidate before the counseling session begins.
GB Pant University's UG and PG counselling will take place in 2-3 stages/rounds. If a seat remains unfilled, the university will begin the next round of counselling.
