There are no completely "free" (zero tuition fee) seats at Great Eastern Medical School & Hospital for UG courses. However, convener quota seats (sometimes called "government quota" or "merit quota") have significantly lower fees compared to management or NRI quota seats.

The Great Eastern Medical School and Hospital, Srikakulam, does not offer a BSc in Emergency Medical Technician degree. However, the college is known to offer MBBS, BDS, BSc MLT, BPT degrees to students. Apart from these courses, students can also opt got BPT, MD, and MS degree courses.
