The placement cell of HI-Tech Ghaziabad is popularly known as the Corporate Resource Division. It works around the year to ensure that its students get the right training before entering the corporate world.HI-TECH has collaborated with Advent Life Education Pvt. Ltd. In order to nurture skills in the students that are important for them to excel & effectively face challenges of the corporate world. The students at the AKTU-affiliated college, HIET Ghaziabad, have bagged jobs both in national and international companies.
At Hi-Tech, our rich industry links and dedicated placement support have assisted students in achieving extraordinary career milestones. In the latest 2023–24 placement season, the highest package offered was a staggering ₹15 LPA which reflects the quality of talent cultivated on campus. Their placement process begins from the IInd year for students enrolled in B.Tech. program and from Ist year for students enrolled in Master's programs. They begin by grooming and preparing them for placements. The activities that take place are:

The Institute strongly recommend our trained students to be professionally certified at the Prometric Testing center on campus before entering the corporate world in order to brighten their prospects for better job opportunities. PlacementPlacement Placements is not good so, that is the biggest problem in this college but average 3-4 lpa and 10 out of the 250+ are placed only that is not good only 2-3 % places
