The MBA (FABM) is a 21–24 month Master's programme open to graduates from agriculture and non-agriculture streams with a minimum of 55% marks. Admission is based on entrance exam score followed by GD and Interview.

ISA'BEST is the ISAB selection process. It has three stages — Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). Final selection is based on cumulative score of the aptitude test, academic records (10th / 12th / UG), and GD-PI performance.
