IIT Ropar Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

The fee for Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering at IIT Ropar is 500 INR. Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering admission 2024 at IIT Ropar will be based on UGC NET, JEST, CSIR NET.

The eligibility criteria for pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree at IIT Ropar are as follows: Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute, with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks. In addition, they should have a valid GATE/NET score or should have completed an equivalent national-level examination. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are also eligible to apply. Furthermore, candidates who have completed their Master's degree from IITs with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are exempted from the GATE/NET requirement. The final selection is based on a written test/interview conducted by the institute.
