The IITM Industry Institute Partnership Centre (IIPC) was founded in 2004 with the goal of improving the relationship between the Institute and Industry. Through supporting internships, seminars, workshops, placements, and many other industrial training programmes, this center analyses the expectations of industry and supports institutional readiness for satisfying those demands. Industrial institute partnerships also benefit teachers by offering access to the most recent techniques, and they also prepare students for the workplace by exposing them to these techniques.

It aids pupils in developing the ability to adjust to rapidly evolving technology. In order to form partnerships in the near future, IIPC's main objective is to communicate with significant businesses in many industries. The Central T & P Cell is dedicated to assisting organisations interested in conducting campus interviews for placements of students graduating from IITM with the Human Resource requirements they have as well as the career goals of students.

The objectives of the Indraprastha Institute of Technology & Management placement cell are :

• Arranging for the pupils' pre-placement training.
• To locate chances for students to complete projects in industry.

The students at IITM Delhi receive 100% placement support from a specialized Training and Placement Cell. Along with the Cell, IITM has created the Industry Institute Partnership Center (IIPC), which recognizes the expectations of industry and promotes institutional readiness for satisfying those demands by facilitating internships, seminars, workshops, placement, and various other industrial training programs. The IIPC's goal is to get students ready for campus placement so they may shine during the hiring process. The most expensive bundle is INR 8 LPA. Deloitte, Jaro Education, Sap Lab, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Reliance Jio, Paytm, SAP, Square Yards, and others are a few of the major employers.

IITM Delhi Placement Cell, popularly known as IIPC, is excellent. The Placement cell coordinators prepare students for the interview process with an integrated strategy of Personality Development sessions, Career Counseling, Interview skill classes, and grooming skills. Every semester, the institution hosts guest lectures, seminars, and workshops.

IITM Delhi Internship 2023, students of batch 2020-23 were selected for the SAP Labs Internship program. The summer internship offered at the institute provides students with training for the final placement. The mentors for this department lead the students in the internship process.
