All applications are subject to an application fee of Rs 1000.
JEMAT- JEMAT is administered once a year for admission to management programmes offered by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), the exam's administering authority, and Participating Colleges.
The candidate must have completed an undergraduate degree from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for the exam.
Except for JEMAT 2021, which was held online due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, JEMAT has always been held offline. It is unclear whether MAKAUT will continue with the online mode due to the lack of any official notification. Regardless, JEMAT 2023 is expected to be administered offline, using pen and paper.
CET- The Common Entrance Test (CET) is a competitive exam used to admit students to professional degree programmes such as medicine, dentistry, engineering, and architecture. Standard entrance examinations are held at the national, regional, university, and college levels.
CAT- The CAT Exam is the most popular IIM Entry exam. Getting an MBA from a reputable institution is a dream for many hopefuls. The CAT Exam is required of applicants seeking admission to MBA programs.
MAT- The All India Management Association (AIMA) administers the Management Aptitude Test (MAT), a national-level entrance exam for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. The exam is given four times a year, that is in February, May, September, and December. Qualifying candidates are eligible for admission to over 800 business schools that accept MAT scores.

IMS Kolkata Scholarships offers scholarship programmes from the Indian government and state governments and various loan options from banks. Loans can be used to pay 100% of the fees. Scholarships are also promoted. Fees for SC/ST/OBC candidates are exempt.
The IMS Kolkata campus is an 8 Cotta land with five floors of 22,000 Sq.ft constructions. All classrooms, standard rooms, canteens, and other areas are well ventilated, with natural light and air and artificial lights and fans. The entire floor is covered in marble, ensuring cleanliness and comfort on campus. The Institute has an elevator that is operated by hand. There are separate toilet blocks for men and women and clean drinking water on each floor.
The computer lab is fully equipped with 30 I.B.M. P4PCs that are well connected to the LAN and Internet via power servers such as Windows 2003 Server, Linux Server, etc. The Library is fully stocked with Management and Computer Applications textbooks, journals, magazines, and other materials.
