Completed your B.Sc degree and want to pursue M.Pharm now? Many of you must be wondering if you could sit for the GPAT exam. Unfortunately, students with a B.Sc background are not eligible for GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) since you need a B.Pharm degree for that. This is because to get a higher degree in M.Pharm, you must be familiar with core Pharmacy topics and GPAT tests your knowledge on Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics etc. A B.Sc degree does not explicitly cover all these; the course curriculum is rather aligned with Chemsitry and Biology topics, which do not match GPAT 2026 syllabus criteria. GPAT 2026 Application Edit Window: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will activate the GPAT application form edit window 2026 on January 16, 2026. Candidates who have paid their GPAT application fees and submitted the application form before the last date will be eligible to edit the GPAT application form 2026, as per their requirements. The last date of editing the GPAT 2026 application form is January 19, 2026. Candidates should miss the deadline for editing the GPAT application form, since the authority will not extend the last date of closing the application form correction window. Note that the authority will also not accept any fresh registration during this period. 

CUET M. Pharm application form for the session 2026-27 got released on 14 December 2025. Students will be able to submit the application form by in January 14, 2026. Fee payment for the same has to be done by 14 January, 2026. You can make corrections in the application form from January 18 to 20, 2026. 

GPAT 2026 Registration: The registration process for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2026 is coming to an end, and the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced that the online application form for the exam can be submitted only till January 12, 2026.  B. Pharma holders and final-year B. Pharma students in the country are eligible to apply through the official portal, NBEMS. The GPAT Exam, 2026, is scheduled to be conducted on March 7, 2026, in Computer-Based (Online) mode, which shall enable eligible candidates to compete for seats in the premier pharmacy institutes.

CUET BPharma College List: CUET UG exam allows students to apply for various undergraduate programs, including B.Pharma. Some of the top colleges on the CUET B.Pharma list are G D Goenka Delhi, UPES Dehradun, and Vivekananda Global University, among others. These colleges mainly use CUET exam scores for their admissions. CUET exam for BPharma usually tests knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, as well as some analytical and logical abilities. CUET UG 2026 exam is being conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
