Jagran Lakecity University BA+LLB : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2024

Overall: My overall experience at Jagran Lakecity University is great. My realization took place just in 2 months of my stay in this wonderful university where within a week I got an opportunity to listen and talk to former Chief Justice of Sri Lanka, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Peter Mohan Maithree Peiris in a guest lecture. Not only this but there are many other convincing reasons like the societies in School of Law be it Litigium (Debating Society), Lex Cultura (Cultural Society), Legal Aid or Moot Courts which provides us to excel in our skills other than classroom lectures which are pre-requisites for a successful lawyer. We also visited slum areas where we conducted a survey and performed "Nukkad Natak” for the awareness of people living there. Also, we visited Governor House of Madhya Pradesh to celebrate National Law Day.

Placement: JLU witnessed the presence of reputed companies like Cavin Kare, Fleishman-Hillard, JW Marriott, The Leela, S&P Global Intelligence and numerous others during the campus placement drive. I'm hopeful for the same.

Infrastructure: Jagran Lakecity University has one of the best infrastructures in India. I think what makes our Infrastructure more appealing is the nature in whose lap our university rest. I mean waking up in the morning with all greenery around you makes the whole day very soothing. The campus is so scenic that it provides you a fresh environment for the better concentration and a fresh mind to see things in a positive manner.

Faculty: Law Colleges Professors, how one can portray them, old grey haired with tedious voice giving lectures on most difficult terminologies? My University beg to differ! We have got the coolest faculty members who have made law as a subject so interesting. They are able to connect which our generation in the best way possible and make our mind open to understanding law as a subject of practical implementation rather than learning it just by reading books.

Hostel: Being a resident student is considered difficult but in a place which seems more like a resort than a hostel, it gives you a feeling that you are on a holiday for the next 5 years of your life. From the hospitable staff to cordial senior who are always there to comfort you and also encourage you. The food here is of very good quality which also tastes delicious. We here celebrate events like Garba, DJ nights, Kite festival and what not, which make us feel connected to our culture even when we are far away from our home. We are also provided free bus facility to go for outings thrice in a week. The campus gives us enough space and alluring surrounding. Whenever I come back from my home to campus it feels like I coming back to my Hogwarts in my car fortunately not the flying one!
