- No relaxation is allowed, CGPA below 8.0 or attendance of 75% or less will lead to withdrawal
- Relaxation in attendance for exams does not apply to scholarship continuation
- Students receiving financial aid from government or other organizations are not eligible
- The university may discontinue the scholarship scheme at its discretion
How to Pay JECRC University Fees 2026
JECRC University fees can be paid online through the university ERP portal at the time of admission and for future instalments. Payments can also be made through a demand draft in favour of “JECRC University.” The university does not send separate reminders for fee due dates, so students and parents should keep track of payment deadlines.

JECRC University Fee Refund Policy 2026
JECRC University follows UGC refund guidelines as notified on June 12, 2024, and October 27, 2025. The refund policy applies separately to academic, bus, and hostel fees.
