Overall: Yes,If you want to study and have to be outside kerala,yes MECET is good choice,not perfect choice.They provide a good atmosphere for students who are willing to work harder. But the amount of College life you will get form there will depend upon your expectations. If you are aimed to score marks by being with staffs and discussing with them, yes MECET is good choice, their facilities provide a healthy atmosphere for students like that. Other students with another mindset should be at your own risk.During our initial period over there the only college with some amount of Kerala students in kanyakumari district was MECET. They have a good amount of supporting faculties for students those who are motivated for do their interests,like sports,(eg:on our initial period MECET was the zonal champions.For students who want to go for competitions from their respective fields ,they will provide a good support for all those kind of things. For a good academics including sports MECET is a good choice in Kanyakumari district.

Faculty: Having best faculties are there core strength. They provide a excellent atmosphere for students those who are determined for having a good amount of marks in there certificate. Faculties gives there best for students and support students in all means. But Getting hatred from there, will be the greatest barrier for your future. Please be aware of that.
