If English is your first language/ medium of education, then marks obtained in that will be mandatory. But you will need to include that subject that you wish to pursue in your UG programme. Science & Hindi, but you wish to pursue Geography (H) for UG, then it is mandatory for you to include your Class 12 Geography marks to calculate your Class 12 CGPA or percentage.
