Faculty: The faculties of this college are very caring, helpful and their teaching is very convenient for the students to understand. All notes will be provided by the faculties.

Hostel: Hostel campus is different for both boys and girls. Food from the mess is also good, they also Gove non-vegetarian food as well on some particular days.

Overall: My experience at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences was wonderful and I would give the credit of my confidence to the university. Hey all! Let me quickly introduce myself. I am Ram, and I pursued M.Tech in Data Science and Engineering from the university. The best feature of RUAS in my opinion is its pedagogy for assignments. While majority of the universities still follow a rote learning approach for assessments, RUAS is an exception. The assessments are a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation. The infrastructure of the campus is very good. Unlike most universities, our laboratories were very well maintained. Hostel accommodation is also provided which is decent but not lavish. The placement rate is 70% at the university.

Placement: Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences placements have a rate of 70%. The highest CTC is around Rs 22 lakh per annum and Infosys and TCS are some of the top recruiters. The average package for my batch was Rs 5.5 lakh per annum.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is modern and well-maintained. I will not say that the construction of the campus is luxurious, but you will get all the basic amenities. There are hostels for boys and girls. The labs are very well equipped which is good for practical learning. Needless to say that the library of the campus is very well-equipped with books for all courses. Sports infrastructure is also good.

Faculty: The faculty of the university is sincere and dedicated. The evaluation of our exams and assignments is strict and you cannot get marks by writing anything and everything. What you might find unique at Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is that the assessments and courses are module-based instead of semester-based. We had around 10 modules which had a theory and practical component each. For every assessment, you really need to put your knowledge to work and showcase your true understanding. Initially, this may seem challenging, but eventually, you will start enjoying this format of learning. My teachers were so good and encouraging, that I give the entire credit for who I am today, to my professors. Also, our university produces more than 200 papers every year, which clearly shows its excellence in research as well.
