Biopharmaceutics is one of the high-scoring sections in GPAT exam but students often get intimidated by the numerical problems that are asked from here. Ever since NBEMS took over as the conducting body in 2024, the paper pattern has significantly inclined towards numerical problems, especially from chapters, such as Introduction to Pharmacokinetics, Compartment Modeling etc. However, with conceptual understanding and consistent practice, you can quickly solve these numerical questions and boost your score in the GPAT 2026 exam. GPAT 2026: The GPAT 2026 Test City Intimation Slip is an advanced document that has been released for the candidates to inform them about the exam city allotted to them before the actual exam. This will help the candidates plan their travel and stay in advance, especially if the allotted exam city is different from their hometown. As per the expectations and last year's trends, the city intimation slip is expected to be released by tomorrow, February 24, 2026, either by 11 AM or later in the evening between 5 PM and 7 PM on the expected date of release. The candidates will be able to download it from the official website, natboard.edu.in, using their application number and date of birth. It is to be noted that this slip will only contain the exam city, and the actual exam centre, date, and time will be released later in the GPAT 2026 admit card.

Pharmaceutics is one of the most critical and scoring areas in the GPAT entrance exam. The Pharmaceutics and Allied Subject section carries 38 questions out of 125 total. Since each question is worth 4 marks, you can potentially score a maximum of 152 marks in this section alone. But for that, you need to identify the high-weightage topics, which cover the maximum part of the exam paper. Going by the past 2-3 years' papers, we can say Pharmaceutical Technology & Dosage Forms stand out as the highest-weightage topic (35% weightage), followed by Biopharmaceutics & Pharmacokinetics (25%), and Physical Pharmacy (20%).

Pharmacology is an important segment in the GPAT exam and is expected to carry a decisive weightage of 25-28 questions (approx.112 marks) in the exam. Some key topics, like Autonomic Nervous System, and Central Nervous System carry 4-6 questions every year. Needless to say, these are the areas where you can score the maximum marks.
