PDUMC is spread over a sprawling 26 acres of land that excellent infrastructure for its students. It offers hostel facilities on campus for both boys and girls. The library premises are divided into two parts- the central library and reading area. It is enriched by various medicinal books, journals, back volumes, audio video cassettes, daily newspapers, thesis and CDs that is issued to students and members of the faculty for academic purposes. It also has computer facilities with internet accessibility that are used for online journals and visiting websites related to relevant areas of study. The various departments at PDUMC are as follows Anatomy,  Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology.
