All of the courses offered by the Piloo Mody College of Architecture are designed with an industry-led curriculum in mind. The college offers both Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) and Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programmes.  The faculties of PMCA are also highly qualified and experienced, with extensive industry experience. To provide students with an impactful learning experience, the college offers a variety of educational growth facilities such as seminars, workshops, and classroom activities. The college also a Nodal Centre for Research under the BPUT.

The campus of PMCS is spread over 20230 square metres with all state of art infrastructure and facilities. The college provides students with an excellent learning environment as well as all of the amenities that reflect its status as one of the best architecture colleges, such as studios, construction lab, creative design lab, climatology Lab, building material lab, canteen, library, hostel etc, and so on. The college also hosts a variety of extracurricular activities throughout the year to boost students’ spirits, such as Festember, Women's Day, and Super Saturdays on set dates.

The Piloo Mody College of Architecture has a full-fledged Placement Cell where students undergo various training sessions. The Placement cell also works with various respected organisations for pre-placement and internships in order to provide students with the most job opportunities. The institute also has international collaboration with the University of Lincoln, UK, National University of South Korea and the University of Edinburgh, UK.
