RERF Training & Placement Cell is a gateway to aspired career and helps to become computer in the world of globalization. The RERF T&P department envisages providing career services, soft skills development program, & preparatory courses to help students to become excellent and professional. In order to open new avenues of career, the institute is trying to strengthen relationship with industry, through more interaction/workshop/visits.
The training and placement department plays a vital role in any professional educational institute, as a true link between industry and institute. The department serves the purpose of match making and ends up in a win situation. i.e. industry gets supply of fresh talent and student, passing out from the institute get job opportunities
The department is well equipped with excellent infrastructure to support all the stages of placement process viz. pre-placement talk, written test, group discussion & interviews.
The training and placement department imparts training to the students to develop overall personality of the student to be able to equip them for facing the campus interview in the new competitive era. The trust of the placement department is to create maximum opportunities for the placement of the eligible students in the job market by establishing good rapo with the industry.
The placement activity starts immediately after sixth semester examination i.e. pre-final year examination of the students.
The placement department operates year round, to facilates contacts between companies and graduates. We are keeping consistent trust in improving placement scenario and our results are rewarding.
