REVA University fees can be paid online through the official payment portal or offline at the campus finance counter. Online payment is available 24/7 through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI. Students can also pay through NEFT/RTGS, cash, Demand Draft, or cheque as per the available payment options.
Online Payment Steps
Step 1: Visit the Payment Portal
Go to reva.edu.in/payment and log in using the SRN and registered mobile number.
Step 2: Select Payment Details
Choose the course, academic year, and payment type, such as tuition fee or hostel fee.
Step 3: Choose Payment Mode
Select Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI options such as Google Pay or PhonePe.
Step 4: Complete the Transaction
Make the payment through the selected mode and complete the transaction.
Step 5: Download Receipt
Download and save the payment receipt for future reference.
Step 6: Share NEFT/RTGS Details, If Applicable
For NEFT/RTGS payments, email the transaction details to fa@reva.edu.in.
Offline Payment Options
Students can also pay REVA University fees offline through the following modes:
- Cash payment at the campus finance counter
- Demand Draft drawn in favour of “REVA University”, payable at Bangalore

- Instalment payment is permitted for UG programmes, and semester-wise payment is accepted.
- Refunds for failed online transactions are usually processed within 10–15 working days, subject to bank policies.
- Students should keep the payment receipt safely for admission, hostel, and academic records.
REVA University Fee Refund Policy
REVA University Kattigenahalli processes refunds as per the latest UGC Refund Policy. The refund amount depends on when the student withdraws admission, based on the number of days before or after the last date of admission.
