Architecturally built with spacious  roomy interiors  the medical college campus has three blocks with five floors, a total of 4 lecture theatres  with a seating capacity of 200 each and one  auditorium that can seat 350,all of which are equipped with state of the art audio-visual projectors and air conditioning. Demonstration rooms with smart board facility are a part of each department apart from the laboratories and museums which house sophisticated equipments for each discipline.

The Saveetha Medical College and Hospital have Both the men’s and the women’s hostels are WiFi enabled buildings with airy generous interiors, and have round the clock electricity and water facilities. The hostels have individual, double and triple rooms in each of the four floors, with attached bathrooms and a/c power supply. The badminton courts and the tv room provide ample recreation for hostellites. The mess is yet another vast portion of the hostel layout with buffet system providing hygienic south Indian and Chinese cuisine.
