The ‘Brainware Academic Excellence Scholarship’ or ‘Brainware Vidyalankar Scholarship’ is a scholarship programme run by Brainware University. The ‘Brainware Merit Scholarship’ or ‘Brainware Medha Britti Scholarship’ is a merit-based scholarship offered by Brainware University to PG, UG, and Diploma students. To apply for the GNM Nursing course at Brainware University, you need to apply online. The admission fees is Rs 5,000 and the course fees is Rs 5,00,000 for three years. The hostel fees ranges from Rs 7,000 - Rs 10,000 per month depending upon the occupancy. Also, hostel is mandatory for GNM Nursing course at Brainware University.

Students who have passed Class 12 with 50% marks or equivalent grades in physics and chemistry and biology/ botany/ zoology/ agriculture/ forestry/ math from a recognised board can get admission to Brainware University as per their merit. The Brainware University fees for B.Sc Agriculture are around 3,00,000 in total. The placements records are also very good at the university. In 2023, the highest package registered was Rs 36 LPA. Students can also get the hostel facilities as per their requirements.
