SURTECH B.Tech : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2025

Overall: College faculty and the students both are not so interested in their duties. Placement was good before pandemic but situation have changed now. Yes if student is capable then he/she can make it up but still being under the guidance of an authoritative teacher is required

Placement: For bright students they don't have to worry but still college need to a work a lot for this specially for Automobile department as if they are not getting core jobs

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is okay in our college but what I believe is the interest of students in study is null and no such guidance is there to guide them well

Faculty: Faculty is okay of our college, it's just students don't want to study so what can our teachers do. After coming into college, everyone start doing bunks and this is what totally destroy them

Hostel: I have heard from the students that hostel facility is okay to live and it's affordable too.. no worries anyone can go for this without any doubt because this is best

Overall: First of all the college Dr sudhir Chandra sur institute of technology and sports complex popularly known as Surtech was located in dumdum.it is a private college under jis group and it is currently affiliated with makaut.have a decent big and greenery campus.

Placement: So here lastly the placement part ,from a students point of view it was a mixed review like you can get on campus placement but placement percentile was a little low from last 2 3 year .last year it was about 40-50%.

Infrastructure: About infrastructure the college have decent big campus with various kinds of sports complex and canteen and boys hostel inside of the campus.with badminton academy and football ball stadium.overall it was nice

Faculty: The facilities of this college are very helpful.all department's faculties are very nice .you can take help from any faculty at any time.but overall I may say that faculty experience is overall average.

Hostel: About the hostel only it has boys hostel inside of campus.it almost cost 6k for one . rooms are nice and have separate washroom.all hostel have canteen food facilities.

The inclusion of necessary amenities such as Wi-Fi connectivity, study desks, and ample storage space enhances the overall living experience.The hostel staff at SurTech deserves special mention for their dedication and responsiveness. They ensure the well-being of residents, addressing concerns promptly and contributing to a safe and secure atmosphere. The implementation of strict security measures adds an extra layer of assurance for both students and their families.

Overall: The institute does provide necessary facilities that a student needs. All the facilities and equipment are provided by our respective college team.We have better a better infrastructure in our college.

Placement: The placement quality of college is good. The quality of placement in this college is quite good, almost 60% are students are placed in good companies. Training and Placement cell is helpful and supportive and also organize classes for placement with Mr. Debanjan Sir who is quite supportive .

Infrastructure: The institute does provide necessary facilities that a student needs. College infrastructure is the main attraction to everyone, it has all the facilities and equipment which is required for the students.

Faculty: Computer Science and Engineering department is good , but the civil department is better than our department. Teachers are cooperative and helpful in all aspects. Most of teachers are good , helpful and knowledgeable.

Hostel: The security of hostel is good we have two wardens. In hostel total we have 12 beds in girls hostel , which is less than usual . In hostel we have tv, aquaguard , and one disadvantage is in one room only one fan is available for three beds. Hostel is far far far far far away from our college campus, the food quality of our canteen is not good at all .

Overall: Our college is very good. our campus is huge and it has a field. Our college organised various events. Like tech fest, kavach and etc.

Placement: No internship opportunities. Students in 3rd sem and 4th sem are eligible for placements like capgemini, wipro, tech mahindra, EY, etc. Many more are visiting our campus for placement.

Infrastructure: Outstanding. Smooth like butter. Lift services is available. Library is in 4th floor and well maintained. Fest, Freshers and Farewells are organised by the college

Faculty: Over all okay. Our HOD is exceptional. Department needs to work hard on the faculties. Our civil department is more helpful then our cse department. Few faculties are helpful.

Hostel: No experience at all. College is far away, which has a room with 3 beds and wifi is available, Tv is also availble where we can IPL, Jodha akbaar, sinchan and etc
