Placements is benchmarked to the performance of any management institute and depict the institution's success and growth. Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women has had a well-established Training and Placement Cell for almost a decade now. It gives us tremendous satisfaction that our Placement Cell is gaining strength with positive results, which are bound to improve further in the years to come. The process is on and it is hoped that all the students going out of the Institute after completing their course shall have appointment letters.

With a prominent placement policy and placement brochure in place, we are all set to make a mark in the fields of both placements as well as training.

We feel privileged to be associated with more than 25 reputed companies like Wipro, TresVista, Jaro Education, Google and Vodafone, Chegg India, and College Duniya to name a few. We have achieved to cover almost all the sectors from IT to Management/Consulting to provide relevant placement opportunities for students.

The placement cell also provides both, soft and hard skill training to the students to better equip them with skillsets. A few sessions conducted for us by the industry experts are:

• Mr. Naresh Kumar, HR Head, Crystal Travel, conducted a workshop on Human resources management on 20-07-2020.
• Mr. Gaurav Sharma, IIM-C Alumni, TEMPLE, SELF, workshop on Excelling Campus to corporate ( Soft skill and communication skill training) on 13th and 14th Feb 2020.
• Mr. Ravi Malhotra, GMR Aviation Academy, delivered a talk on Prospects in Aviation Sector (Soft Skill Training) on 07th Feb 2020.
• Mr. Sameer Kapoor, Ex-VP, Bank of America, delivered a talk on Prerequisites for progression Campus to Career on 22nd Oct 2019.
• Ms. Meenakshi Prasad, Associate Director, Advisory Services, Ernst and Young LLP presented a talk on Corporate exposure (Soft skill Training) on 14th Sep 2019.
