The Training and Placement Cell of SJCC Bangalore plays the role of a game changer by providing detailed information of placement process to the students, and the whole placement process is bifurcated in 3 different phases for the smooth functioning of placement activities.

  • Phase one comprises briefing of the college placement policy, pre-placement workshop, series of guest lectures.  
  • Phase two deals with registration of students for on-campus placement and the final phase when the recruiters visit for the on-campus recruitment drive.

Before helping with the final placements, the cell facilitates students with internships in the corporate and social sector.

The Training and Placement Cell of Saint Joseph’s College of Commerce arranges various workshops to make students industry ready beforehand. These workshops include logical reasoning, resume building, mock interviews, and developing soft skills. Apart from the above-mentioned activities, the placement cell also creates awareness about various promising civil services jobs, defence jobs, and other government sector jobs.

The SJCC Bangalore has retained the faith of its past recruiters and also attracted some of the new recruiters through its talented students and sound record in education. The college is being successful in placing more than 80% of students every year. Some of the top recruiters at SJJC Bangalore are; Deloitte, HSBC, Decathlon, Tesco, Google, etc.
