SNIST is well-known for its high-calibre pupils. The Institute teaches students management skills and fundamental principles, which help them grow into well-balanced people. The Institute's mission is to help students grow into well-rounded individuals with a mix of academic and extracurricular skills.
SNIST placement includes campus recruitment training for students who have completed a pre-final year of their degree. It also conducts assessment examinations by firms such as AMCAT, CoCUBES, and others for improved prospects. The Institute also offers special programmes, workshops, and seminars on the newest technological trends.
Every year, several well-known companies come to SNIST. Almost every qualifying student is offered the top package, at INR 14.5 lakhs per year. The Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology placement unit has a high reputation, and the majority of its students are placed in top-tier companies. Students are placed in critical roles in MNCs and PSUs with competitive pay packages. In 2020, the complete package was INR 9 LPA. The placement drive attracted 300 organisations, according to SNIST placements.
The placement unit holds workshops to help students prepare for job interviews and aptitude exams. Students are taught resume writing, presentation skills, time management, and other skills in addition to technical training.
