SSN School of Management has a training and placement cell that takes care of all the placement related activities as well as internships. To prepare the students for final interviews, the SSN SOM placement cell organises various training programmes including communication, soft skills, group discussion, aptitude, and mock interviews, etc.  At the time of SSN campus recruitment, students are offered jobs in a variety of roles such as IT, Banks & Financial Services, and FMCG, etc. SSN School of Management has released the MBA placement report for the 2020-2022 batch. SSN has completed its 22nd batch of summer internship programme for the MBA students in top corporates. 

Coming to the SSN School of Management placement report 2022, 107 students were placed out of 112. The SSN placement percentage stood at 95% for 2022. In the SSN placement drive 2022, 21 new recruiters took part in the placement process. The SSN highest salary package stood at Rs 10 LPA. The SSN average salary package and median salary package recorded was Rs 6.36 LPA and Rs 5.8 LPA, respectively.
