July 24, 2025Registration Open for Research and Publication Ethics (RPE) Online Course 2025 - The Research and Development Council and Department of Library and Information Studies at St. Thomas College (Autonomous) are pleased to announce that registration for the 2 credit Research and Publication Ethics (RPE) online Course is now open. The registration period is from July 25, 2025, to August 4, 2025. July 21, 2025112th Ph.D Open Defence Scheduled - The Open Defence and Viva Voce for the award of the Ph.D. degree to Ms. Dhanya Jose is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th July 2025, at 11 am, in Menachery Hall, St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur. Prof.(Dr.) Binoy T. Thomas, HoD of Department of Botany, Catholicate College, Pathanamthitta, will be the Chairperson of the board of adjudicators. The thesis is titled “Freshwater algal studies in Wayanad district.” Interested participants are encouraged to attend.

Fee Concession and Stipends
Students of Scheduled Castes / Tribes or other Backward Communities are eligible for fee concession under various schemes of the Government. Those eligible for fee concession must produce the Community/Income Certificate of the parents from the Village Officer at the time of Admission. If the students discontinues studies he/she shall refund the Scholarship or Concession amount received, before obtaining the Certificates.
Scholarships
St. Thomas college scholarship wing is actively involved in students’ welfare by advising and proposing suitable scholarship for each student. Timely announcement of scholarships were informed to the students through notice board and direct request for each classes. More over the institute itself directly support very poor students.
