Hostel Admission Information - The college offers a men's hostel with a capacity of 170 students and a women's hostel with a capacity of 140 students. Interested students can contact the respective hostel authorities for more information.

New Admission for Bachelor of Arts (Grant in Aid) - The Bachelor of Arts (Grant in Aid) has opened registration for the academic year 2025-2026 with programs in Economics, Psychology, English, Sanskrit, and Gujarati for students meeting the eligibility criteria.

Registration Now Open for Various Courses - Registration for the following courses is currently open: Bachelor of Arts (Self Financed) Sociology (Hons), Bachelor of Arts (Self Financed) English (Hons), Master of Science Self-Financed in Artificial Intelligence, Master of Science Microbiology, and others. Eligible candidates can register through the admission portal.

Registration Currently Open - Registration is currently open for admission to St. Xavier's College. To enroll, please ensure that you complete the admission form, which consists of two stages: Registration and Data Fill-up (accessible post the 12th standard results).

Re-Admission Rules for Existing Students - Students wishing to continue their studies must fill their admission form and pay their fees through ERP within a week of the reopening of the college. Lateral Admissions Information - Students from other universities wishing to join for Semester III or V must check the admission rules displayed on the notice board after university results are declared. Provisional Eligibility Certificate is required for those from universities other than Gujarat University.

Lateral Admissions in Sem III and Sem V - Lateral admissions are now available for Semester III and Semester V.

Application Fee Notification - The application form fees for admission to various programs is Rs 450/- (Non Refundable), payable online.
