Overall St Bede's is a cozy nice and ambitious place to go for studies with its beautiful architecture and natural environment. It provides a unique and great experience with knowledge facilities and has a very big auditorium. The principal is also very friendly and listens to problems of students and tries to solve it.

An MOU was signed between the University of Fraser Valley, Canada and St. Bede’s College on Feb 21, 2015 in St. Bede’s College. Mr. Mark D. Evered, the President and V.C. of the University signed the document with Sr. Beena John, Principal, St. Bede’s College. He was accompanied by a team comprising Dr. Satwinder Bains, Director, Centre for Indo-Canadian Studies and Advisor, Canada-India Relations, Miss Jodie, Mr. John and Mr. Vineet Tuli, Head of the University Relations and Business Development.The MOU would enable faculty and student exchange and foster interaction between the two campuses.

To secure admission at St.Bede's College, in the BCA programme, you will have to first meet the eligibility criteria as stated by the college. You must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board with at least 45% marks in any stream. The BCA programme is of three years duration. The course fees are Rs 16,700 per annum.

The BBA eligibility criteria at St Bede's College Shimla is to have passed the class 12 board examinations in the stream of commerce, preferably, from either the HP Board of School Education or equivalent board of education recognised by HP University. You must also ensure that you have secured a minimum aggregate score of 45% or above in the qualifying exam. As per the guidelines, commerce students will be given preference over stream students when offering admissions to the BBA course.
