Terna Public Charitable Trust's College of Engineering was established in1983. The college is situated at  Solapur Road, Osmanabad. Terna Public Charitable Trust's College of Engineering is affiliated by Dr.B.A.T.University Lonere and Dr.B.A.M.University Auranagabad. The college is a co-education college which is well known for providing quality education to the students and is approved by AICTE and DTE. The college is known to be one of the oldest colleges in Maharashtra in the field of technical education.

Terna Public Charitable Trust's College of Engineering provides admission in the master and bachelor degrees in engineering. The college offers Bachelor in Technology and Master in Technology degree with various specializations. Both the degree programs at the college have an updated curriculum and latest technology syllabus.
