• The current academic year placement rate at the University Business School was 96.29% as opposed to the previous year which was 90.16%. 
• The UBS Chandigarh average package saw an increase of 25% whereas the median package decreased by 12%. 
• The institution has a dedicated placement cell which oversees all placement-related activities. The cell performs activities like training sessions, workshops, personality development sessions, group discussions, personal interviews, and, mock interviews, to train the students.

• The cell also ensures that the students undergo a mandatory 8-week internship at the end of their first year of the course. • As per the UBS Chandigarh placement report, the total number of students placed in 2022 were 22% more than the total number of students who got placed in 2021 session.
