UCMS New Delhi Cutoff 2023

NEET EWS Cutoff 2023: Along with the publication of the NEET UG 2023 Results, the administering organisation, the National Testing Agency, also revealed the qualifying cutoff scores and requisite percentage. The next NEET Counselling 2023, which is set to start soon, will only accept applications from candidates who meet the required percentage. Candidates must use the online registration portal on the official website to sign up for the counselling process. On the other hand, candidates in the EWS Category should be aware of the NEET EWS Cutoff 2023, which was made public by the NTA on June 13, 2023. 

The instructions state that only applicants with scores greater than the minimum needed cutoff will be permitted to register; all other applicants will not be permitted to do so. Candidates are advised to verify their results and contrast them with the necessary cutoff marks before beginning  the application process for MBBS, BDS, or AYUSH.

UCMS New Delhi Admission 2023

UCMS offers UG & PG Diploma programs in multiple domains. UCMS accepts Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores for admission to UG programs. The final selection will be made by the e-counseling process conducted by DU & marks obtained in the CUET. Candidates applying for the UCMS UG program must register on the NTA website succeeding that students are required to register on the DU admission portal for Centralised e-counseling. The final selection includes a Personal Interview process conducted by the respective department. UCMS offers admission to the PG Diploma program in Cyber Security & Law based on merit in the last qualifying examination. 

UCMS Application Process

Candidates must register to CUET by visiting the official website of NTA to take admission to the UCMS UG program. After completing registration for CUET, candidates must go to DU's official website to register themselves for the e-counseling process. The following steps will help students to apply for UCMS:

  • Applicants are required to visit the official website of Delhi University & choose the correct admission portal.
  • While registering candidates must have a valid email id and mobile number.
  • All the credentials will be sent to the registered email-id & applicants can access the application form. 
  • The application form should be filled in with the required details. 
  • After choosing the desired course, submit the application form with the requisite fees and scanned copies of documents.
  • If candidates are applying for more than one course then it is advised that applicants must use one email id per application.
  • A printout of the application form for future reference should be kept.

Important Points 

1. The applicant must be a citizen of India 

2. The applicant should have passed the Class XII examination of any Board/University examination in India or any foreign country recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). 

3. The candidate must have studied and passed Class XII Examination or its equivalent from a single recognized board. 

4. In case the subject studied at Class XII is not mentioned in the CUET, the candidate must appear in the subject that is similar/closely related to the subject s(he) has studied at Class XII. 5. Candidate must appear in CUET in only those subjects in which s(he) has passed Class XII. 6. Merit will be based only on the ‘combination of subjects in which a candidate has appeared in CUET as mentioned in the respective Program-Specific Eligibility. 

7. Only the scores obtained in CUET 2023 will be considered for admission to the academic year 2023-24. 

8. Admissions to all programs will be done through a Centralized e-counselling procedure. To minimize the number of rounds of counselling, and to start the academic session timely, the University may explore the possibilities of admitting candidates over and above the sanctioned. 9. Applicants with gap year(s) will not be at any disadvantage for admission to undergraduate courses. 

10. 10% of Supernumerary seats in each program are reserved for Foreign Nationals. Candidates seeking admission under the Foreign Students’ category are required to apply on Foreign Students’ Registry website: http://fsr.du.ac.in

  2. Saraswati Foundation (NGO) Endowment Scholarship: The Rs 2000/- p.m. scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit for a duration of one year, renewable each year at the beginning of the session. Applications are solicited through the Trust in October/November.
  3. V.C. Students’ Fund: Scholarship worth Rs 200/- p.m. is open to students obtaining at least 60% marks in the last qualifying examination and whose guardian’s monthly income is less than Rs 750/-. The notification for the same is released by the university itself in the month of January/February.
  4. NCERT Scholarship: A scholarship of Rs 200/- p.m. is awarded depending on the academic progress of the student. The scholarship is notified in the month of July/August.
  5. CBSE Merit Scholarship: A scholarship of Rs1000/- on the monthly basis is awarded to meritorious students pursuing MBBS courses after the 10+2 CBSE Examination.
  6. Indian Oil Company Scholarship: Scholarship of Rs 750/- is awarded to meritorious SC/ST students pursuing studies in the full-time graduate course in medicine. The scholarship is renewed on a yearly basis depending on the performance of the student.
