UEM Kolkata B.Tech : Fees, Courses, Eligibility & Admission 2025

Overall: Since the day of joining 1st year passed by amazingly but from 2nd year the college decided to give us unnecessary amount of pressure i dont know what they want to prove we have to maintain a 75 % attendence which somehow dosent count to 24 leaves but counts as 12 days and 2 days added on as medical leave per semester.

Placement: Placement was high 3 years ago but these a days placement percentage has droped from 80% to 50% and highest salary oackage is 72lpa and avaerage package is 4lpa

Infrastructure: We have in general 3 building 1 connected to the other 2 via corridors we have a huge library and cafeteria also good views from the balcony of the college

Faculty: Most of the teachers are amazing be it their behaviour or their teaching skills they even teach you if you go after college hours to them for solving your doubg

Hostel: Rules are unnecessarily harsh cant go out after 6 o clock food is pukish the behaviour of staff is extremely bad and they treat you like slaves you cant even keep and extra desk in the hotel room if you keep one you will get scolded

Placement: They got nothing except saying fake things made up words such as like they got 100% placement ratio which is NOTHING TRUE. most of the students have to find jobs outside campus.

Infrastructure: Even the infrastructure is not too good. We’re paying a total 8 lakhs for 4 years. We should at least get a minimum amount of clean and higher level of instruments for out experiments to do.

Faculty: Being in this type of college and getting harassed and mentally tortured by the pressure from the faculty members is just unexplainable. I truly hate the facility from the bottom of my heart.

Hostel: Hostel fees are so much that even a students who’s struggling financially can’t even afford. They neither have any pity towards us. They just simply don't care.

Overall: The primary objective of College is the preservation, advancement, and dissemination of knowledge.College challenges everyone to achieve their best and provides the support to ensure that most realize that goal.

Placement: Placement cell in the college campus gives good option for final year students to start earning immediately after studies.This helps in building confidence in student to survive in the competitive world.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good. All faculty members are very talented. They are experts in their major subjects.

Hostel: Hostels were good. The food quality was better. Rooms are good in size, washrooms are neat and clean.There were no unique facilities in the hostels. Medical facilities were available 24X7, ,

Overall: The facilities available in the college are good we have sufficient equipment for the study and our classroom are neat and clean which are maintained regularly. The college provides good infrastructure and facilities. The college provides good Enviroments for the college a nd its placements records are too good. Faculties of the college are very supportive.

Faculty: Faculties are very supportive and help us in every part of our studies. They encourage us for new skills that develop your skills so that you can achieve your goal.

Overall: The university is well known to provide very good education to the students. All the facilities provided by the college are good. The environmental the campus of the college is also good.

Placement: Placements opportunities provided to the students are good. Average package is 8 lakh per annum. In various other courses also the placements are quite good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college has all the facilities. You get digital classrooms. Various labs are present for each department. The Wi-Fi facilities also available in the campus for work purpose.

Faculty: The staff and the teachers of the college is very kind, supportive and friendly. Various practical sessions are provided to enhance student knowledge which helps in their future placements.

Hostel: The hostels are available in the campus. The campus is well connected to main cities so you have access to all the basic facilities like salon ,shopping malls ,ATM, bank etc. the facilities available in the hostels are also good.

Placement: The college carries more placements in their own hospitals and also provides many more placements. The average package is about 3 lakhs per annum and 7-8 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. Our classroom have all the facilities like projectors, Wi-Fi, Library Facility, and smart classes are available in this institute

Faculty: Faculties are very supportive and help us in every part of our studies. They encourage us for new skills that develop your skills so that you can achieve your goal. Faculties also organise activities so that our knowledge can developed.

Overall: The primary objective of the University is to evolve and impart comprehensive and interdisciplinary education that is socially relevant. Students will not only be shaped as change agents as the country achieves its social and developmental goals.

Placement: Placements cell is active in the college and help you for placing you in the good comaipany. The top recruiters who came to the campus were Cognizant, TCS, Hexaware Technologies, In Time Tec, Pinnacle Infotech, etc.

Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure and has all the necessary facilities and equipment. It also has good classrooms, labs, and a sports area. The college is clean for students. Library and sports room are available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. Very good for higher education. They are Ph.D. holders and quite knowledgeable in their fields. The teaching quality is very good, and their behavior with students so friendly.

Hostel: there is separate hostel for girls and boys. there is a good accommodation with good food,bed ,hot water there will serve healthy food for students,and In hostels they will be regular time table for the students to follow like study hours, games etc.

Placement: The placements cell of the college is active and many students got placed in thier fields in each and every year. Many top-notch companies came here to hire you in your best fields.

Infrastructure: Infrastructures of the college is modern and well maintained. the libraries consist of a monstrous collection of books, It provides a good space for many indoor sports activities. It has facilities for indoor games like Carrom, Chess, and Table-Tennis.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable. They were post-graduates. Their teaching quality was very good. The course was relevant and made students industry-ready.

Hostel: The hostel service is good, and there is a separate hostel in our college for girls and boys. The hostel facilities are good and affordable, not so costly, but still good and affordable

Overall: The college was good ,had a nice infrastructure and a understanding faculty members which provides excellent quality of service for the students the college also got many companies for the students placement program with a supportive environment for the students to unlock their natural potential for their bright future.

Placement: Yes!!!!! The college has a placement program for the students but it's not something that you can get very easily for you to get the placements from the college you have to study hard for it and the college has many companies for the placements program for the students which can lead to a good future.

Infrastructure: The college had a nice and wonderful infrastructure for the students that provides with every need of the students that includes big room for lectures and a big library for studies and a gym for students with a playground which had pretty much everything in it like basketball court, cricket ground and a volley ball court.

Hostel: The college has a great hostel for the students and it can support their studies in it, they got pretty good space for a hostel room, which can be very useful for the students and the hostel food was good had a weekly special food for the students.

Overall: This college is bustling with activity and nurturing energy for aspirants. It helps each of us to become excellent students. It is friendly and beautiful.

Placement: Placement is easy and the placement record is good, so you don't have to worry about it. Placements will be easily accessible to you too if you get admitted here .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure plays a major role in the college's development. This college has advanced laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment and all the necessary Facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are excellent in their field and their passion is reflected in the teaching. We get the best education here and you will be privileged to receive it once you are admitted.
