Placement Generally the companies come at VJIM are good with Deloitte being the main company along with axis bank,Factset, and RSM Global for Finance. But the role given to finance students is tax analyst role.So, if you want other roles, you have to apply externally with your skills.The package given to tax analyst is 30-50 thousand. And for Marketing, the companies like Asian paints, berkadia and marico come. The role is primarily sales role and you need to travel to different locations like chennai and other South Indian cities. But there are less companies for HR, rarely 2 or 3 companies come for HR. So if you are planning to opt for HR, then choose some other college.The average salary package is 6 lakhs and highest is 14 lakhs. But you need to maintain 80% attendance to sit for exams, internships and placements. You have to maintain above 70% score to sit for good companies.
