Vivekananda Global University is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is known to be one of the top private universities of Rajasthan. The campus is built on an area of 30.7 acres which can accommodate around 10,000 students. VGU has hostel facilities for both the male and female students. VGU provides 280 rooms in girls hostel and 650 rooms in boys hostel, rooms are well furnished along with food, wifi RO System, medical-aid, yoga classes on Sunday, Occasion based hostel parties , Picnics on Sundays, Magazines and Newspapers.

N.C.C. is a dynamic organization of young boys and girls all over the India. It plays an important role in inculcating values of character, patriotism, unity and selfless services amongst the youth. It helps in shaping the youth into discipline responsible citizen of India. NCC provides a platform for self development and helps to chanalise their energy and potential towards nation building. Activities: Camps, Practical, Internal Training, External Training, Adventure Activities, YEP (Youth Exchange Programme), Social Activities, ‘B’ & ‘C’ certificate

The VSSA club organizes Blood Donation Camps on October 01, every year in the college with the State Center of Red Cross Society of India and motivates young people to donate their blood for the cause of humanity. More than 400 students and faculty members donated blood during the last Camp organised on 1st Oct 2014. Students also visit old age homes, homes for mentally retarded, organize awareness campaigns in villages. A wing of VSSA is Eco- Friends Club.

The Eco-friends club has been established to instil awareness about the environment. Members of the club strive to promote eco-friendly habits not only in the college but also among the masses. The members of the club regularly organise tree plantation actiVGUies in and around the Campus and also in residential colonies of Jaipur city.

The club arranges for German and French language classes for students in order to enhance their performance and increase their employability.

Robotics club started with an objective to inculcate basic knowledge of robotics among the students and enable them to undertake project work as a part of learning process and to organize competitions to develop competencies among students. The aim of the club is achieved by imparting basic knowledge through experts' lectures, undertaking group-wise time targeted project work, organizing competition of the functional models within groups and awards prizes for the best models. Students have won laurels at several Robotics competitions at State and National level including at IIT Delhi. The club inculcates basic knowledge of robotics, undertakes project work and organize competitions. The students are given knowledge related to wire controlled robots, wireless robots and intelligent robots. Workshop on robotics is organized on regular basis to enhance knowledge of the students. The teams of VGI students participated in events at IIT-J, LNMIT, IIT Kanpur and various other National Institutes. Our teams also won I prize at IIT - Rajasthan; II prize at LNMIT; III prize at IIT-Delhi, III prize at MNIT.
