Overall: College can be a journey of self-discovery, and this school provides the perfect environment for that. They actively encourage engagement in various activities, and the professors are so friendly that students never have to feel intimidated about reaching out for help.

Placement: While the placement record is impressive (80-85%), most graduates are placed in bulk recruitment drives by mid-sized firms or startups. The salary range is typically 15-20 thousand rupees. Internships are provided in the first two summers.

Infrastructure: From modern classrooms with all the furnishings to a massive parking area, my college provides a well-equipped space for students and staff. They take eco-friendliness seriously and even have a range of indoor games for leisure time.

Faculty: Supportive professors with impressive academic and research backgrounds prioritize practical learning. We analyze research to gain real-world experience through a hands-on approach.

Hostel: The hostel has a midday shut down for cleaning, 11am to 2pm. The owners are flexible though, so just let them know if you need something. They'd probably prefer you to be out having adventures with your friends during that time! Living in a hostel has definitely changed me for the better.

Overall: Highly recommended college. If you are planning to pursue a career in business and management. They have to outstanding faculties and very good placements opportunities.

Placement: Good placements and internships are there , several campaigns and programmes encouraging the entrepreneurship and brand management helps students in securing their career.

Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure , highly maintained and beautiful campus. Hostels facilities are provided. Best sanitation, food , security and tables for study breaks are provided.

Faculty: Good faculty and wonderful support by them. The teachers are qualified and experienced, helping in encouraging students to work towards their career and development.

Hostel: The hostels facilities provided by college is amazing. Good campus facilities and greenery all around. Canteen food is hygienic and security is provided.

Overall: Xim university , only 1 department and only a computers. Was apprehensive, but went for it. Joining this college was like wining the Jack pot. This college is part of the Jesuit tradition/Order. The Jesuits have been in education for centuries. All round development is the core of their philosophy. Committed to sound body and mind. The university has football fields basketball courts.And numerous other sports. The lectures are all from world class institutes. Incredible facilities and superb infrastructure. The college auditorium is world class. Seen to be believed. The Xim university is part of Xavier institute of management at Bhubaneswar which is part of the Xavier management institutes like xlri , Liba and Goa institute. This is only my 2nd semester but it’s great. So happy to be in a college committed to all round development. The fact that my sports and proficiency in English and my communication skills given weightage makes me proud. Looking foward to enjoying myself and being part of this great tradition.

Placement: I am only in semester sem 2. Placements, I look forward 2. The college has a good track record. Xim Bhubaneswar has a fantastic placement history. We already stand on the shoulders of giants.

Infrastructure: They have an auditorium that should be seen to be believed. Super cool- full aircons and extremely comfortable. World class. Foot ball fields and basket ball courts. Shuttle gym walking paths tennis etc

Faculty: As far as our faculty is concerned, there degrees do the talking.All are phd and all from the top 1% institutions in this country. Inspiring, also connections with foreign universities that I am still exploring.

Hostel: Spacious hostel rooms. Batrooms and toilets that are not attached. No supply of ac rooms . Mess attached. It’s my call in a world with Swiggy and Zomato a mess is not really relevant. Numerous eateries on campus.

Overall: I passed out from this institution. Rural Management is a good course. The faculties are good and the course has ample learning and placement is good. Gives 1005 placements. The classroom and hostel facility is also good.

Placement: Placement is good. Placement starts from the 5th term that is from the 2nd year onwards. Companies like Ujjivan, Dharma, Axis, RBL, Tata Capital, etc visited the campus.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well air-conditioned and spacious. Good for a learning environment. Hostel rooms are non-air-conditioned but are spacious and neat. Overall campus is good but it is off-town so less access to the market and other services. Food is available in students' Cantin inside the college campus.

Faculty: The faculties are good and understanding but are a bit strict in marking. Also, the marking system is not transparent to students. But overall the teaching proficiency is good enough.

Hostel: Hostel rooms are non-air-conditioned but are clean hygienic and spacious. Rooms are equipped with a pair of chairs and tables and a single bed. No mattress or curtains. The bathroom has a geyser and a single washing machine for each floor.
