Y B Chavan College of Pharmacy is situated on the sprawling Dr. Rafiq Zakaria Campus-I in Aurangabad. Founded by The late Dr Rafiq Zakaria and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, the College is affiliated to the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. Twenty Five Years since its inception, the Y B Chavan College of Pharmacy today symbolizes quality education and professional achievement.  Mission of YBCCP is 'to foster critical analysis by training students both in theory and practice so as to equip them with skills needed for facing global challenges with team work and human values. And to build quality network with the Industry, educationists and the society for exchanging knowledge'. The modern teaching methodology assists the students in getting an all around view of engineering, technology and the entrepreneur world.
