Eligibility Criteria to Get into Top Pharmacy Colleges in Maharashtra Accepting MHT-CET 2026 Score
Students can refer to the eligibility criteria for different pharmacy courses given below.
Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm): Students have to complete their higher secondary education in the science stream i.e. Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
For B.Pharm Courses:
The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
The candidate must pass the Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) exam of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent exam. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics and achieved at least 45% marks. Candidates from the Backward class category in Maharashtra need a minimum of 40% marks.
Students with a Diploma in Pharmacy and at least 45% marks can also apply for B.Pharm courses.
Any other eligibility criteria set by the Government of Maharashtra apply
For M.Pharm Courses:
The candidate must have a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with at least 55% marks from a recognised university or institution approved by the UGC.
The candidate also needs a valid GPAT and MHT - CET score.
