Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri conducted a plantation drive as part of the green initiative by participating the entire CGC Jhanjeri community: students, faculty, and staff. The drive was conducted under the leadership of Mr Arsh Dhaliwal, Managing Director, Chandigarh Groups of College, Jhanjeri. 300 saplings were planted symbolizing collective effort and solidarity in the battle against climate change. Ashok Leyland provided the lab with 8 high - performance engines, a comprehensive assembly line, 2 fully specified Ashok Leyland trucks, and next-generation diagnostic tools and technology to provide the best practical exposure and bridge the gap between theoretical and practical learning.
BIMTECH's Workshop on Generative AI for Inclusive Higher Education: The Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) recently hosted a five-day "Train the Trainer" workshop focused on Inclusive Higher Education. This event was organized in collaboration with the Centre of Education for All (BCall) and was part of the EU-funded Project AIDEdu. The workshop aimed to promote digitized, inclusive, and accessible management education in India and Nepal, in line with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 10, and 17. Participants from Spain, Austria, Latvia, Nepal, and India attended the workshop, which included sessions on topics such as disability and inclusion, universal design for learning, and the integration of generative AI into teaching and learning processes.

JEE Main 2026 Application Form: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued crucial instructions for students planning to appear for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026. To ensure a seamless application process, candidates are advised to update their Aadhaar Card, UDID Card, and Category Certificates before submitting their online JEE Main 2026 Application Form. The engineering entrance exam will be conducted in two sessions: Session 1 in January 2026 and Session 2 in April 2026. The online application form for Session 1 is expected to be available on the NTA website- jeemain.nta.nic.in in October 2025.
