The student exchange programme enables CGC Mohali (Jhanjeri) students to immerse themselves in diverse educational environments, engage with different cultures, and gain valuable insights from the world’s leading academic institutions. The CGC Mohali (Jhanjeri) student exchange programme covers various disciplines, providing international exposure to students from various fields of study. CGC Jhanjeri conducts Plantation Drive
Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri conducted a plantation drive as part of the green initiative by participating the entire CGC Jhanjeri community: students, faculty, and staff. The drive was conducted under the leadership of Mr Arsh Dhaliwal, Managing Director, Chandigarh Groups of College, Jhanjeri. 300 saplings were planted symbolizing collective effort and solidarity in the battle against climate change. The ceremony was followed by educational sessions on the role of trees in maintaining ecological balance and the importance of individual contributions to a sustainable environment.
India’s Largest Premier Automobile Lab Unveils at CGC Jhanjeri
Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri unveiled the automobile lab called, Innovation and Joint Skill Development Centre - in collaboration with Ashok Leyland. Mr. Devakaruppaiah B, National Service Head of Ashok Leyland, S. Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, and Mr. Arsh Dhaliwal participated in the unveiling ceremony. Ashok Leyland provided the lab with 8 high - performance engines, a comprehensive assembly line, 2 fully specified Ashok Leyland trucks, and next-generation diagnostic tools and technology to provide the best practical exposure and bridge the gap between theoretical and practical learning.

JEE Main 2026 Official Website Launched; Application form to be released in October
As per the latest notice, the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2026 will be administered by the National Testing Agency in two sessions: Session 1 in January 2026 and Session 2 in April 2026. In October 2025, the Joint Entrance Examination Main 2026 Session 1 online application form will be accessible on the NTA website. All eligible candidates are encouraged to make sure that the following documents are updated well in advance of applying for the JEE Main 2026 to expedite the process and prevent any inconsistencies, complaints, or rejections later on:
- Aadhaar Card: The father's name, residence, most recent photo, date of birth (as shown on the Class 10 certificate), and correct name should all be updated on the Aadhaar card.
- A valid, updated, and renewed UDID card is necessary for those with disabilities.
- Category certificates ought to be current and legitimate. The certificate of category (EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL)
Furthermore, to be eligible for JEE Main 2026, candidates who have completed their Class 12th board exams or will be appearing for the board exams in 2026 will be eligible. As per the pattern, candidates will be eligible to appear for both Session 1 and 2, and out of the two, the best performance will be regarded to determine the percentile of the candidate. Based on the percentile obtained, ranks will be given to the candidates for the admission process.

JEE Main 2026 Application Form: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued crucial instructions for students planning to appear for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026. To ensure a seamless application process, candidates are advised to update their Aadhaar Card, UDID Card, and Category Certificates before submitting their online JEE Main 2026 Application Form. The engineering entrance exam will be conducted in two sessions: Session 1 in January 2026 and Session 2 in April 2026.
