CU Online Admission 2026-27: Eligibility, Selection Criteria, Process

Chandigarh University Online admission for the 2026-27 session is a merit-based process with no entrance exam required. The process is completed in three steps: filling the online application form, getting shortlisted by the admissions team based on profile review, and paying fees to confirm the seat. The entire process can be completed online without visiting the campus.

Admission is open for UG and PG programmes in Management, Computer Applications, Journalism & Mass Communication, and Science. UG programmes such as BBA, BBA (BA), BCA, and BAJMC require 10+2 or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks for most courses; BAJMC also accepts 45% marks with a minimum of 55% in English.

PG programmes such as MBA, MBA (BA), MCA, MAJMC, MSc Data Science, MA, and MSc Mathematics require a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks. MCA also requires Mathematics, Statistics, or Programming at 10+2 or graduation level, with a bridge course offered where this is not covered. MSc Data Science requires a background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, and MSc Mathematics requires Mathematics as a compulsory subject. CA/ICWA graduates are also eligible for MBA programmes.

Admissions for the current session close on 5th September.
