• Candidate must have completed Class 12th (Standard XII / Intermediate / HSC) from a recognized board.

• Candidate must be from the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.

• A minimum aggregate percentage of 50% in the qualifying exam is required for admission.

• Candidate must have completed a B.Tech / B.E. course from PTU or its equivalent university.

• Preference is given to candidates who have received qualifying marks in the GATE exam.
