Stage I: Short-listing based on CAT/XAT/CMAT Scores

Stage II: Interview Process

Stage II of IRMA admissions process consists of online written ability tests (OWAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

Online Written Ability Test (OWAT): For the following level of selection, the shortlisted candidates will be required to take an online written ability test. The candidate must write 200-300 words on a particular topic. It is intended to assess the candidate's rural aptitude and writing communication skills.

Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted for interviews with IRMA faculty will be evaluated on their managerial qualities, communication skills, and appropriateness for the Institute's programme. Given that the PGDM (RM) serves a particularly specific clientele, namely organisations contributing to broad-based rural development in India, the candidate's perspective on rural management is of particular significance.

• Personal Interviews will be conducted offline and online. The candidate will be given an option for selecting a mode of personal interview.
• Offline personal interviews will be conducted at the following centres.
