• Fill the challan with the required details
• Pay the college fees 
• At the MAMC admission office, fill the forms and anti-ragging affidavit 
• Submit photocopies of the necessary documents that will be duly signed by the dean and registrar.
• The admission letters and a receipt are required to be submitted to the FMSC office of Vallabhai Patel Chest Institute confirming the admission.
