Trinity Institute of Professional Studies Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

Trinity Institute of Professional Studies (TIPS), under programmes such as BBA, BCA, B.COM (H), BA (JMC), will be based on the merit of the candidate drawn on the basis of Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET 2023)/CUET, and in BA (LLB) will be based on the merit of the candidate drawn on the basis of CLAT-undergraduate, 2023, which will be conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities on a Rotational Basis. 

Candidates should be aware that 85 percent of seats are allocated for those who have completed the qualifying examination from any School/Institution located in the NCT of Delhi, whereas only 15 percent of seats are reserved for candidates from outside the Delhi region (including the NCR and outside Delhi). TIPS admissions are based on ranks gained in each category in the CET/CUET & CLAT conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities on a Rotational Basis in 2023 through the centralised counselling conducted by GGSIPU, Delhi.

On the stipulated dates for each exam, the results of all candidates who appeared in CET/CUET & CLAT 2023 will be presented on the University's website (www.ipu.ac.in) and the Consortium of NLU's website (https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/). Trinity Institute of Professional Studies will not send separate notifications or confirmations to candidates in this regard.

Trinity Institute of Professional Studies Admission is done on the basis of IPU CET. However, the institute also offers admission on the basis of CUET scores but students with CUET are given second preference during admissions. Trinity Institute of Professional Studies provides four undergraduate programmes: BCA, BBA, BJMC, and B.Com. Candidates with a 10+2 grade point average of 50% or above are eligible for admission to the BBA, BJMC, B.Com, and Integrated BA LLB programmes. Candidates for BBA admissions must have English, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Practice, Computer Application, Multimedia, and Web Technology as mandatory subjects.

Trinity Institute of Professional Studies Highlights 2023

Trinity Institute of Professional Studies Undergraduate programmes  include B.Com, BJMC, BBA, and BCA. The prospective students applying for admission to any of these programmes must have completed their 10+2 in the appropriate disciplines with a minimum of 50% on a recognised Board. 

These courses are chosen based on the relevant IPU-CETs administered by GGSIPU, which is followed by centralised counselling :

• 10% of the seats are designated for the management quota, while 85% of the seats are designated for Delhi aspirants.
• The aggregate score of the qualifying test is relaxed by 5% for applicants who qualify as SC, ST, Wards, Widows, or Wives of Armed Forces Personnel.
• There are morning and evening shifts available for every course.
• According to the rules established by the state and federal governments, reservations are given.

How to Apply for TIPS New Delhi?

On the official GGSIPU website, http://www.ipu.ac.in, prospective students must register in order to be considered for admission to Trinity Institute of Professional Studies. On the basis of centralised counselling provided by the university and the applicants' performance in the relevant CET, TIPS enrols candidates. 

The methods to fill out the online CET and counselling application form through GGSIPU to apply for admission to the institute are stated below :

• Visit the university's official website at http://www.ipu.ac.in.
• There are two application forms: one is for general information needed to create a login name and password, and the other is for information specific to a particular course.
• Choose the exam category on the application form before entering your general information.
• Submit the passport-sized photo in JPG format with the scanned image of the signature.
• Furthermore, provide a JPEG file no larger than 80 kb that is a scanned image of your left thumb imprint.
• After finishing this section, click "Next" to complete the qualifying information in full.
• After submitting the application, create a login name and password. 
• After that, click the "Apply for Course" option and carefully select the course you want to enroll in before filling out the second application form.
• Completely fill out the application form, then submit it.
• Online payment for Rs 1000  with a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
• The applicant can use the same process to examine the applied course and apply for several courses.

The candidates will not receive a separate notification prior to the release of the CET results and the start of counselling. Candidates must regularly check the university website for updates on this.

• 10th and 10+2th mark sheets and passing certificate
• CET Admit Card and Score Card

For Trinity Institute of Professional Studies course admission done offline:

• Get the prospectus and application form from the institute's admission office.
• Carefully complete the application form.
• Put the passport-size picture on there.
• the following papers should be attached : Mark sheet and passing certificate of 10th standard, Mark sheet and passing certificate of 10+2, Admit Card and Score Card of IPU-CET/CUET/CLAT
• Send the application form and these supporting papers by mail or in person at the admissions office by July 31 at the latest.
