AIEMS admission process 2026 is entrance and counselling based. BE admissions are offered through KCET and COMEDK UGET, followed by choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and reporting at the college. MBA and M.Tech admissions are conducted through Karnataka PGCET counselling. Candidates allotted a seat at AIEMS Bangalore must complete fee payment and document verification to confirm their admission.

AIEMS BE Admission Through KCET 2026

Step 1: Register for KCET Counselling
Register on the KEA portal and complete the mandatory document verification process.

Step 2: Check KCET Result and Rank
After the KCET result is declared, download the rank card from the KEA portal.

Step 3: Complete Option Entry
Fill in college and branch preferences during KCET counselling and add AIEMS with the preferred BE branch.

Step 4: Review Mock Allotment
Check the mock allotment result and modify choices, if required, before the final locking deadline.

Step 5: Check Seat Allotment
Download the seat allotment result from the KEA portal. If AIEMS is allotted, follow the fee payment and reporting instructions.

Step 6: Report to AIEMS
Report to the college with original documents and complete admission formalities.

Step 7: Confirm Admission
Pay the applicable college admission fee and tuition fee to confirm the allotted seat.

AIEMS BE Admission Through COMEDK UGET 2026

Step 1: Register for COMEDK UGET
Register for COMEDK UGET through the official COMEDK website.

Step 2: Download Rank Card
After the result is declared, download the COMEDK UGET rank card.

Step 3: Register for COMEDK Counselling
Complete counselling registration and pay the prescribed counselling processing fee.

Step 4: Complete Document Verification
Upload the required documents for online verification during counselling registration.

Step 5: Fill College and Branch Choices
Enter college and branch preferences during choice filling and add AIEMS Bidadi with the preferred BE branch.

Step 6: Check Seat Allotment

Step 8: Confirm Admission

AIEMS MBA Admission Through PGCET / KMAT 2026

Step 1: Appear for Entrance Exam
Appear for Karnataka PGCET MBA or KMAT Karnataka as applicable.

Step 2: Check Result and Scorecard
Download the PGCET or KMAT scorecard after the result is declared.

Step 3: Register for Counselling
Register for PGCET counselling through the KEA portal and pay the counselling registration fee.

Step 4: Fill MBA Choice Entry
Add AIEMS MBA with the preferred specialisation such as HR, Finance, or Marketing in the choice list.

Step 5: Check Seat Allotment

AIEMS MTech Admission Through PGCET 2026

Check the result and download the PGCET rank card from the KEA portal.

Step 3: Register for Counselling
Register for PGCET M.Tech counselling through the KEA portal.

Step 4: Fill M.Tech Choice Entry
Add AIEMS M.Tech with the preferred specialisation such as AI & ML or VLSI Design and Embedded Systems.

Step 5: Check Seat Allotment
Check the seat allotment result after counselling.

Step 6: Report to AIEMS

Pay the applicable M.Tech admission fee to confirm the allotted seat.

Step 3: Register Online
Register using name, mobile number, and email ID. Save the login credentials for future use.

Choose the preferred programme such as B.E., MBA, M.Tech, or Diploma. For B.E., select the preferred branch.

Step 5: Fill Application Details
Enter personal details, academic information, and entrance exam score or rank, wherever applicable.

Step 6: Upload Documents
Upload the required documents, including Class 10 marksheet, Class 12 marksheet, entrance exam scorecard, passport-size photograph, and Aadhaar card.

Step 7: Review and Submit Form
Review all details carefully, submit the application form, and download the acknowledgement slip.

Step 8: Management Quota Process
For management quota seats, contact the AIEMS admissions team for walk-in interview scheduling.

At the time of reporting to AIEMS after seat allotment, candidates must carry all original documents along with two sets of self attested photocopies. The following below documents are required for verification:

• Class 10th Marksheet and Pass Certificate.
• Class 12th Marksheet and Pass Certificate (for B.E. and Diploma admissions).
• KCET 2026 Rank Card (for KCET route) or COMEDK UGET 2026 Rank Card (for COMEDK route).
• Karnataka PGCET 2026 Scorecard (for MBA and M.Tech admissions).
• KCET / PGCET Seat Allotment Order (printed from KEA / COMEDK portal).
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous institution.
• Migration Certificate (if from a board outside Karnataka).
• Aadhaar Card (original and photocopy).
• Karnataka Domicile Certificate (for KCET Karnataka quota seats) — issued by a Revenue authority not below the rank of Tahsildar.
• Caste / Category Certificate from a competent authority (Tahsildar or above), if applicable (SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
• Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement or scholarship applications under Karnataka government schemes).
• Study Certificate from Class 1 to 10 countersigned by BEO/DDPI (for KCET Category I reservations).
• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Conduct Certificate from the previous institution.
• COMEDK TAT (Test Admission Ticket) — required for COMEDK counselling document submission.
