Students from Ramanagar, Channapatna, Kanakapura, and various Bangalore suburbs use the AIEMS bus service as a regular mode of transport. The campus is also accessible through KSRTC and BMTC public buses to Bidadi, followed by the college shuttle. Bidadi Railway Station, located on the Bangalore–Mysore rail line, is close to the campus, and students travelling by train can use the shuttle service from Bidadi to reach the college.
