The campus is located near the Bidadi and Harohalli Industrial Areas, one of Karnataka’s major automobile and manufacturing belts. This location supports industrial exposure for B.E. students, especially in Mechanical, Civil, and ECE branches. Toyota Kirloskar Motors, a major employer in the region, also has a dedicated Centre of Excellence at AIEMS.

AIEMS Bangalore provides separate on-campus hostel facilities for boys and girls, with each hostel block having a capacity of 300 students. The hostel fee is INR 1,00,000 per year and includes mess charges, with no separate food bill. Both hostels are located within the AIEMS Bangalore campus boundary, allowing students to access academic and residential facilities on the same campus:

The AIEMS library has 2,777 titles and 11,198 volumes covering engineering, management, and general reference subjects. The library uses bar-coded books and EASYLIB software for computerised cataloguing and access. It also provides 72 journals, including subscriptions through the VTU e-Consortium, giving students access to national and international research publications.

The Amruta Institute of Engineering and Management Sciences library stocks books aligned with the VTU B.E. and MBA curriculum for all current semesters. Students can access previous years’ VTU question papers through the library, which supports exam preparation. The EASYLIB system enables bar-code-based issue and return tracking, while research scholars and M.Tech students can access international journals through the VTU e-Consortium portal.

AIEMS provides dining facilities through its main canteen, food court, and hostel mess to support both day scholars and hostel residents. The campus food services are managed under college supervision, with a focus on hygienic preparation, regional food options, and affordable meal pricing.

• Main Canteen: The main canteen operates from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and serves unlimited South Indian meals during lunch hours.
• Food Court: The campus food court offers additional food options for students from different regions and with varied dietary preferences.
• Hostel Mess: The hostel mess is managed separately for hostel residents and provides three meals a day, evening snacks, and hot milk at night. These charges are included in the annual hostel fee of INR 1,00,000.
• Hygiene Standards: Food preparation is carried out under college supervision to maintain hygiene and quality.
• Subsidised Pricing: Food services are managed by the college with subsidised pricing to keep meals affordable for students.

AIEMS operates a fleet of buses across 8 routes, covering locations up to 50 km from the campus. The transport service picks up students and faculty from designated stops across Bangalore and drops them back in the evening. The institute also provides a free shuttle service from Bidadi Cross to the college, scheduled according to college hours.

Students from Ramanagar, Channapatna, Kanakapura, and various Bangalore suburbs use the AIEMS bus service as a regular mode of transport. The campus is also accessible through KSRTC and BMTC public buses to Bidadi, followed by the college shuttle. Bidadi Railway Station, located on the Bangalore–Mysore rail line, is close to the campus, and students travelling by train can use the shuttle service from Bidadi to reach the college.

AIEMS has an active student life ecosystem supported by clubs, technical events, and industry speaker sessions. These campus activities give students opportunities beyond classroom learning to build skills, explore interests, and engage with peers.

Sports and physical activity are part of campus life at AIEMS. The college provides indoor and outdoor sports facilities within the campus premises, while hostel residents have access to the gymnasium and indoor courts located within their hostel blocks.
